Accueil très sympa avec porto et pâtisseries locales à disposition. Personnel très souriant et très aimable. Très belles chambres aménagées avec caractère. A fabulous stay at this hotel 
The service from the second we arrived until the second we left was fantastic, very friendly and helpful receptionist who talked us through the highlights of the city, glass of port and local delicacy on arrival, rooms are spotless and very well maintained. The hotel is in a great location, close to the main squares, great restaurants and bars and Lisbon is a beautiful city I would highly recommend visiting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Situación inmejorable en pleno centro de lisboa, trato excepcional por parte del personal, muy detallistas hotel nuevo muy acogedor. Habitaciones decoradas con muy buen gusto. Deux jours magnifiques, adresse à retenir!
Hôtel très bien situé, propre et moderne. Il est situé dans une rue piétonne, des restaurants autour et les principales visites sont à proximité. Ce qui fait le petit plus, c'est que vous y êtes bien accueillis, personnel multilingue, attentif, souriant et serviable. Si nous devons revenir à Lisbonne, c'est sans hésitation dans cet hôtel.

Wat wen stad en wat een perfect hotel
Dit was in een woord super, alles was perfect, kamer met perfecte badkamer en zelden zo goede douche in een hotel. Personeel supervriendelijk en een uitstekend ontbijt, ligging ideaal in het centrum, volgende keer weer.
