ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
The website www.behotelisboa.com, hereinafter designated as “site” is property of the company Europombalina – Sociedade Imobiliária, Lda., with head office at Rua Augusta, n. º 110, 1100-054 Lisboa, company registered under the number 504028243, with the share capital of € 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand euros), hereinafter designated as “behotelisboa”.
The use of the site grants the condition of user to whoever does so, and expresses the full acceptance without reservations of all terms and conditions of the site. The use done by the user of any information, contentes, products or services made available on the site or acessible through it, is subject to the Terms of Use and the Legal Policy.
“behotelisboa” will do everything in its power to ensure that the availability of the website is continuous and all communications are error-free. However, due to the nature of internet, this can not be assured. Moreover, the access to the site can be ocasionally discontinued for repair, maintenance or inclusing of new services or information. “behotelisboa” will do its best to ensure that this disruptions are as few and short as possible.
“behotelisboa” may, at any time, modify the Terms of Use, which, once published with the amends, are considered accepted by the user who access the site.
The information sent by the users are property of “behotelisboa”. The information can be gathered for statistic ends, namely the information provided by the users, which will allow “behotelisboa” to understand the users and improve its service. No personal data will be disclosed. All data will be presented in aggregated form, and can therefore be released.

The access to the site does not imply the register as a user. However, “behotelisboa” reserves some services to the registered users, through the services provided, which work as an identification of the user in the “client area” available on the site.
With the creation of an account on the site, the user authorizes “behotelisboa” to send information about news, products and services that might be of the user´s interest, using its personal data for purposes of direct marketing and publicity.

“behotelisboa” will do everything in its power to assure the absence of errors and that all contents are updated, and can not be accept any responsible for the precision of the contents presented, or any damage that can arise from those.
“behotelisboa” reserves the right to suspend, modify the contents or its presentation form, modify the designation or close the site, when it meets the needs of its comercial strategy or technical needs, without any prior notice, and for the time necessary, holding no kind of responsability.
